Salary Range: $39,000 - $69,000 depending on experience

• Perform welding operations using various techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) to join metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and welding symbols to determine project specifications.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment, tools, and machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications using appropriate measuring tools.
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components according to design requirements.
• Grind, cut, and prepare metal surfaces for welding, ensuring proper fit and finish.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards during welding operations.

• Proficiency in common welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) on various materials.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• AWS (American Welding Society) certification or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production welding environment.
• Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Capable of performing visual inspections of welds for quality and compliance.

• Experience with automated or robotic welding equipment.
• Proficiency in metal fabrication, including cutting, grinding, and fitting.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and inspection techniques.
• Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills for welding equipment.
• Additional safety certifications (e.g., OSHA 10/30) or experience leading safety initiatives.
