Role SummaryThe Archivist will engage in executing all archiving procedures to support GLP and non-GLP Studies.
Role Responsibilities- Maintain the archives database to include but not limited to placing materials in archive and retrieving materials from archive as needed
- Monitor the protocol specified archive storage requirements and contact the sponsor when these requirements have been met to determine final disposition of the study material
- Manage offsite archives
- Contact and coordinate with Sponsors for return of study materials
- Other duties as assigned.
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. BA/BS preferred.
- Experience in a regulated environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Pristima and/or other LIMS
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Time Management (Organized)
- Communication
- Self-Motivation
- Individuals will be working in office setting, ability to spend much of the day sitting.
