As a Picker Packer you’ll be a vital part of our fulfillment team, ensuring orders are picked accurately, packed with care, and shipped out in a timely fashion, all without the help of barcode scanners (we know, bummer!). Instead, your sharp eye, strong memory, and attention to detail will be the real MVPs. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where precision, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are the keys to success.

• Wednesday through Saturday, 5am – 3:30pm
• $19.00-$22.00hr

Order Picking & Packing

• Accurately pick products from designated locations using paper picking lists or handheld devices.
• Pack products securely following company guidelines and shipping standards.
• Inspect items for accuracy, defects, or damage before packing.

• Participate in regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and aligned with safety requirements.
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed.

• Follow all safety procedures, PPE expectations, and department-specific requirements.
• Use material‑handling equipment safely and responsibly.
• Work closely with shipping, receiving, and warehouse team members to maintain smooth operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the department and customer needs.
• Model AGS company values in day‑to‑day interactions and decision‑making.
• Participate in teambuilding, training, and company‑wide initiatives to strengthen engagement and performance.
• Promote a culture of open communication, continuous learning, and shared responsibility for quality.
• Share knowledge and support teammates to strengthen overall team performance.

• Orders are consistently picked and packed with near‑perfect accuracy.
• Your workspace is clean, organized, and safe, and it stays that way.
• You communicate clearly, help teammates, and contribute to smooth warehouse flow.

• You learn quickly, adapt well, and show initiative in improving processes.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Warehouse, pick/pack, or general material‑handing experience helpful (training available)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately without barcode scanners
• Basic math skills and ability to follow written instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift
• Good hand‑eye coordination and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
• Forklift certification is a plus (or openness to becoming certified)
