About the Role

This is a full‑time on‑site Member Service Representative position based in Norton, KS. The Member Service Representative will assist credit union members with their financial needs, provide exceptional customer service, handle transactions, and address inquiries both in person and over the phone. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, processing financial transactions, and ensuring a positive member experience.

• Customer service expertise with a focus on member satisfaction
• Proficiency in computer literacy for managing financial systems and records
• Basic understanding of finance and financial transactions
