Norton County Hospital has a full-time career opportunity for an RN to join our healthcare team. This position is a 12-hour night shift with rotating weekends and holidays. This position will work with acute, skilled and intermediate levels of patient care as well as in labor and delivery. Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in acute, skilled and intermediate levels of patient care, including labor and delivery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care plans.
- Assess patient conditions, monitor progress, and document care accurately.
- Ensure patient safety and comply with hospital policies and procedures.
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Experience in acute care; labor and delivery experience preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts with rotating weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication, teamwork and critical thinking skills.
