Serve as a business partner to leadership in Commercial Sales, Commercial Strategy, Commercial Operations, and ETP, providing data resources to increase the effectiveness of market strategies. Provide information and support for high‑level strategic and tactical decisions regarding business intelligence tools and applications.

• Manage and set standards for the Business Intelligence team regarding report execution, tracking, program measurement, supplier analysis, stakeholder review, retail analytics, business insights, and ad‑hoc reporting.
• Design, develop, and implement business intelligence solutions through data analytics.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives on the selection and implementation of business intelligence applications.
• Translate documented project requirements into functional and non‑functional specifications for Business Intelligence reports and applications.
• Ensure proper execution of corporate and supplier program execution.
• Act as the internal expert for Consumer Insight Analytics and market trends.
• Manage SGWS resources to design multi‑dimensional models, including construction of Data Views and Reports.
• Advise leadership on data‑driven solutions addressing business opportunities.
• Create and update project plans to report progress to all stakeholders.
• Ensure business intelligence applications enhance decision‑making capabilities.
• Work with and direct IT project teams on efficient project resolution.
• Create ad‑hoc queries and reports as requested and provide ongoing analytical support.
• Identify data quality issues and support the data governance initiative through data profiling.
• Determine and conduct testing to assure functionality and integrity of reporting solutions, evaluating results and recommending corrective action.
• Establish and monitor reporting and documentation standards to ensure uniformity throughout the organization.
• Evaluate and implement security models that ensure compliance.
• Configure and implement software upgrades.
• Conduct high‑level analytical support for requested reporting.

• Bachelor’s Degree and five years of experience or equivalent education and related experience.
• Five or more years of experience in Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, and/or Sales Forecasting.
• Two years of direct supervisory experience.

• Predominant sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer.
• Occasional walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping may be required.
• May require occasional lifting, lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20 lbs.

Southern Glazer’s offers a competitive compensation package with expected annual total earnings between $88,000 – $125,000. This salary range is an average; final offers will reflect seniority, experience, and qualifications.
