Job Summary / Basic Function- Teach and develop student-athlete's skills, conditioning and sport knowledge. Oversee student-athlete's academic progress and be available for consultation and support for overall student-athlete well‑being.
- Assist the head coach in developing and executing a recruiting plan for prospective student-athletes. Communicate and build connections with prospective student-athletes and their families.
- Serve in an administrative capacity as needed, including but not limited to game management and a secondary duty.
- Individuals must possess the skills and abilities or be able to teach and demonstrate all aspects of the sport they are coaching.
- The candidate must be able to work independently and have the ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Individuals must possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities or be able to explain and demonstrate that they can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities.
- Valid Driver's License
- Bachelor's Degree required and 1-3 years of collegiate playing and/or coaching experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Master's degree
- 1-3 years of collegiate coaching experience

The anticipated starting salary for this position is $30,000.
