Our Behavior Technicians play a vital role in creating a supportive and nurturing environment for our clients, and we're seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team in Norton, MA.

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in their homes and community settings

• Implement behavioral plans, collect data, and track progress

• Collaborate with Behavior Analysts and other team members to develop and adjust treatment plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy

• Develop strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure meaningful and effective therapy

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)

• 0 years of experience in ABA therapy or related field (training provided)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Valid driver's license (if applicable)

• Part-time schedule (variable hours and days)

• In-home and community-based settings (occasional travel may be required)

• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and needs

• Competitive hourly rate: $22 - $28 HOURLY
