Description
Job Title: Assembler FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Reports to: Supervisor/Manager Department: Assembly

Education and/or
Experience:
High school diploma and/or equivalent.
Language
Skills:
Ability to read and understand business correspondence as it relates to the job function, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from Sinclair personnel.
Mathematical
Skills:
ability to work with basic mathematical concepts.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, talk, and listen. The employee frequently is required to walk and carry product. The employee must be able to ascend and descend stairs while carrying a load of 10 pounds. Employee will use hands and fingers to feel, squeeze, grip product and tools. The employee is required to push/pull and reach above shoulders.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
