Responsibilities- Read and interpret work orders, customer specifications, and production instructions.
- Set up and operate manufacturing and printing equipment to meet quality and production standards.
- Mix inks according to specifications and troubleshoot print quality issues.
- Create work instructions and communicate setup requirements to production operators.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical school training preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing documentation.
- Strong communication skills and basic math proficiency.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and stand for extended periods.
