Qualifications- Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.
- Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non‑exempt interstate DOT medical card.
- 1 year of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented experience in the last 5 years.
- 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
- English language proficiency required by federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)).
- Work the required schedule; work at the specific location required; complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (past employment, education, criminal history) and drug screening.
- Position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety‑sensitive; requires constant alertness and safe operation. Associates must accept responsibility for their own safety and that of others.

- The associate must have adequate vision and hearing, including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Must be able to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit; use hands to touch, handle, and feel; reach with hands and arms; lift or move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly and occasionally up to 100 lbs (45 kg).
- The associate must legally operate a motor vehicle and safely enter/exit the vehicle and rear cargo area.
