Papa is hiring part‑time companion caregivers in Norton, OH. The role provides part‑time companionship and assistance to older adults and families, including help around the house, running errands, providing transportation, and offering friendly company.
ResponsibilitiesProvide companionship and assistance with daily tasks to older adults and families. Work on a flexible schedule using the mobile app to select hourly visit opportunities of typically 2–4 hours each.
Compensation & BenefitsPay: Up to $15.00 per hour with bonuses.
Mileage reimbursement: Available for transportation visits depending on location. Work on your own flexible schedule.
- Age 21 or older
- Ability to communicate in English
- Valid U.S. issued driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance with your name on the policy
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid vehicle (typically [] or newer) and a clean & dependable record
- Access to a smartphone
- Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle report
- No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required
- Kind‑hearted, patient, and caring
- Available to work 2 or more hours per week
