Earn $14.00 Per Hour.

• Flexible and Full‑time schedules between 9:30 am and 6 pm (weekends till 5 pm)
• Eligibility for full‑time benefits after an average of 20+ hours – benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, sick time, and flex spending

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time inside and outside
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Perform daily storage‑unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring units are ready to rent
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of the daily business
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required

• Transport/lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Walk in/around facilities, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks: sweep/mop interior areas and maintain exterior grounds/curb appeal, keeping them clean and free of debris

Experience
:
Successful candidates come from a variety of customer‑service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service‑based companies.

Transportation
:
Employees must have a valid driver’s license and use their own vehicle to travel between work locations or for other work‑related tasks. Mileage reimbursement is available.
