Sales Associate – Verizon Authorized Retailer

At TCC, we believe our communities need more than just a wireless retailer. Our Sales Associates use passion, high energy, and knowledge to provide a unique sales experience, support local communities through the TCC Gives program, and drive performance while fostering an inclusive culture.

• Act as a passionate customer advocate: assist, advise, and educate customers on wireless products and services.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction with a focus on value to all customers.
• Conduct calls to customers seeking information about products and services.
• Perform operational procedures, including store opening and closing responsibilities.
• Meet and exceed retail sales milestone goals while balancing customer experience and performance goals.
• Attend and complete all required training and meetings for development.
• Engage in community giveback through volunteer events, donations, grants, and more.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work guaranteed full‑time hours on a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in multiple locations.
• Must be able to stand, sit, walk, or bend for extended periods; lift up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to travel up to 10% based on business needs.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Base salary $55‑65 k per year, competitive hourly rate, uncapped commission, bonuses, and profit sharing.
