This is a full-time, on-site position located in Norton, OH. As a Salesperson, your role involves assisting customers with selecting the right vehicles, demonstrating product features, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. You will conduct personalized consultations, negotiate pricing, and guide customers through financing options to meet their specific needs. Additionally, you will maintain knowledge of inventory offerings and market trends to ensure effective sales strategies and build long-term client relationships.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service
• Willingness to learn and maintain knowledge about automotive products, inventory, and industry trends
• Effective organizational and time management abilities
• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM systems
• A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings
