Specialty Care RN: Collaborative, Patient-Centered

Los Angeles Community Hospitals in Norwalk, CA is seeking a Specialty Training Registered Nurse to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and develop a care plan for a defined patient group. You will coordinate care among disciplines, physicians, and support staff, reassess patient response, and revise plans for discharge when needed.

The role requires CA RN licensure, an accredited nursing program, and AHA BLS, with at least six months of acute care experience;
