What You Will Do as a Sales Support Associate

• Conduct in-person consultations with residential customers to review their current service setups.

• Identify gaps in service and upsell AT&T products that solve the customer's issues.

• Process new customer enrollments directly, ensuring a seamless sales experience.

• Troubleshoot basic customer concerns regarding their current internet or wireless plans.

• Provide clear, jargon-free explanations of contract terms and product benefits.

• Follow up on leads to ensure total territory coverage.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.

• Represent AT&T with integrity and enthusiasm.
