* ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

*** Assist Field Services Technicians with the setup, installation, and servicing of electronic equipment.
* Utilize maintenance and repair manuals, wiring diagrams, schematics, electronic devices, test equipment, and hand tools to troubleshoot and repair electronic systems.
* Interface professionally with customer agencies and stakeholders.
* Diagnose equipment malfunctions, replace spares, troubleshoot and isolate faults, and perform module repairs.
* Operate electronic measuring devises and test equipment.
* Perform system checks to ensure operational readiness of devices.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities in compliance with contractual obligations.
* Conduct preventive maintenance as directed.
* Adhere to Occupational Health & Safety standards and actively participate in safety initiatives.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.
** BACKGROUND AND

EXPERIENCE:

*** Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in electronics maintenance or a related field.
* Proficiency in basic computer operations and common software applications.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines.
* Skilled in reading and interpreting technical documents and applying craft-related techniques.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, standing or walking for extended periods, climbing stairs, and working in varied environmental conditions (e.g., noise, temperature extremes).
