Manage daily accounts receivable activities, including customer invoicing, payment posting, and account reconciliations
Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with customers regarding payments and collections
Review daily banking activity, process deposits, and handle credit card transactions
Respond to customer billing inquiries and assist with credit applications
Maintain accurate customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
Provide additional accounting support, including AP processing and month-end activities, as needed
2+ years of accounting experience with a strong focus on hands-on accounts receivable processing
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with accounting or ERP systems
Net Suite experience is a plus!
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities
A proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
