The Role
The firm is looking for a Tax Senior to join its growing tax practice. You’ll handle a diverse mix of returns, work directly with clients, and play a key role on engagements from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and review federal and state returns, including 1040, 1041, 1120, 1120S, and 1065
- Work with high net worth individuals, families, closely held businesses, and trusts and estates
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and build lasting relationships
- Help lead engagements and keep projects moving on schedule
- Mentor and support junior staff
- Assist with tax planning and research projects as needed
What They’re Looking For
- Several years of public accounting tax experience
- Solid experience with individual and business returns (trust and estate experience is a plus)
- CPA or working toward it preferred
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients
- Someone who takes ownership of their work and wants to grow with a firm long term
