Location: Norwalk, CT | Fully Onsite
Salary: Up to $80,000 + Bonus

- Manage daily accounts receivable activities, including customer invoicing, payment posting, and account reconciliations
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with customers regarding payments and collections
- Review daily banking activity, process deposits, and handle credit card transactions
- Respond to customer billing inquiries and assist with credit applications
- Maintain accurate customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Provide additional accounting support, including AP processing and month-end activities, as needed
- 2+ years of accounting experience with a strong focus on hands-on accounts receivable processing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with accounting or ERP systems
- Net Suite experience is a plus!
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
