You will be the first point of contact for our patients and an essential part of keeping our office running smoothly. This role requires someone who can think on their feet, stay organized under pressure, and communicate clearly and kindly-both in person and over the phone.

• Provide a welcoming, high-quality patient experience from check-in to check-out
• Manage a busy phone system, scheduling requests, and daily appointment flow
• Verify insurance and handle essential administrative tasks accurately
• Coordinate with medical assistants and providers to ensure efficient patient care
• Maintain a polished, professional, and orderly front desk environment

• Relevant front desk or medical office experience is required
• Strong multitasking ability and excellent problem-solving skills
• Professional communication, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail
• Tech-savvy, quick learner, and comfortable with electronic medical records
• Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt in a dynamic clinical setting

• Full-time, Monday through Friday (hours vary)
