Dental Assistant - Norwalk

Compensation $18.00 - $24.00/hour

We are a pediatric dental office practice in search of a dental assistant to be part of our growing and dynamic team! We are seeking a candidate who is pleasant, brings a positive attitude to the workplace, is a dedicated team player, reliable and enthusiastic about professional growth. Dental assistants should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and efficiency in their responsibilities.

• Welcomes customers in the dental office
• Prepares customers for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort
• Selects and sets up instruments, equipment, and material needed
• Sterilizes instruments according to regulations
• Assists the dentist through 4‑handed dentistry
• Undertakes lab tasks as instructed
• Provides oral hygiene and post‑operative care instructions
• Keeps the dental room clean and well‑stocked
• Works well with children

• Bilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish (Preferred)
• RHS and ICE certificated (Preferred)
• Understanding of health & safety regulations
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Well‑organized and reliable

Monday - Friday 8:15am-5:00pm, Saturday 7:15am-2:00pm. Every Saturday required. (Weekday OFF assigned)

Danbury, Derby, Norwalk, Stamford and Bridgeport.

Entry Level: $18+ Career growth plan based on performance and attendance, $1 increase every 6 months!!!

Experienced dental experience, $20+ Career growth plan based on performance and attendance, $1 increase every 6 months!!!
