Sterilization Technician

Overview

We partner with North American Dental Group, which provides the support necessary to ensure excellent patient care. Help us pioneer a new culture of dentistry by improving oral health for every patient who enters our office.

Work Schedule
  • Monday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • Tuesday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Wednesday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • Thursday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Saturday: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm (second Saturday of each month)
Responsibilities

Dental Lab Technician are skilled in the use of sophisticated instruments and equipment used to perform laboratory procedures. Your work will directly support the dentist and team by following detailed written instructions and molds to create dental prosthetics.

Skills & Qualifications
  • 0‑2 years’ experience
  • State licensure where required
  • Valid Dental Radiographer License (if applicable)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Skills Required to Make a Great Impression on Our Team
  • Follow dentist instructions to design and fabricate dental prosthetics (bridges, crowns, veneers, inlays)
  • Create models using plaster, wax, porcelain, and metal
  • Grind, smooth, and polish dental prosthetics with finishing burs and grinding equipment
  • Fabricate custom trays, base plates, bite rims, and perform final waxing
  • Recognize and identify color shades
  • Maintain quality standards and adhere to safety protocols
  • Work efficiently and meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Order and monitor dental supplies and equipment inventory
  • Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements (CPR, X‑ray, etc.)
