General Dentist – Part-Time Tuesdays & Thursdays

We are seeking a Part-Time General Dentist to join our growing team at All Smiles Norwalk
, a modern, fully digital practice serving a vibrant and diverse patient community. This role is Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00am–6:00pm
, with potential for growth.

• Located in the heart of Norwalk, CT

• High new patient volume

• Renovated, state-of-the-art facility with 5 operatories

• Primescan, CBCT, intraoral cameras in every operatory

• 90% PPO / 10% FFS & Husky for children

• One other full-time dentist and in-house periodontist every Tuesday

• Strong support team: 1 OM, 2 Front Desk, 4 DAs, 3 Hygienists

• Average daily production: $3,500–$4,500 with 98% collections

• High-quality patient care with ample time for each visit

• Dentist-led model with true clinical autonomy

• New technology adoption including Overjet AI and Sprint Ray 3D printing

• Strong marketing support to maintain steady new patient flow

• Provide comprehensive examinations and educate patients regarding their recommended treatment options

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school

• Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Connecticut

• Molar endo and implant placement experience preferred
