We are a small, design-focused architectural firm in Norwalk, CT, specializing in high-end custom residential design and construction in the Fairfield and Westchester County areas. Our projects range from ground-up waterfront homes to detailed interior renovations, always with a focus on craftsmanship, detail, and lasting quality.

We are seeking a Project Architect with ~10 years of experience who is ready to take ownership of projects from design through construction. This is a leadership-track position in a close-knit office, offering the opportunity to work directly with clients, contractors, and consultants.

• Manage projects independently from schematic design through construction administration.
• Coordinate consultants and manage the permitting/approval process.
• Produce and oversee high-quality construction drawings and details.
• Conduct site visits, respond to RFI’s, and work directly with contractors to solve problems during construction.

• Professional degree in Architecture.
• ~10 years of professional experience, with a strong portfolio of built high-end residential projects.
• Licensed Architect preferred (but not required if equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Archi
  
  CAD or Lumion a plus).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, detailing, and residential building codes.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a small, collaborative studio environment.
