We are seeking experienced physicians and advanced practitioners to deliver the highest quality care to patients suffering from acute, non-threatening medical conditions. With 15 centers across Connecticut and plans for rapid expansion across Westchester County, NY and metro-Boston, MA, we provide the opportunity for physicians to deliver patient-focused, quality care in a positive work environment offering ample opportunities for clinical education and professional growth.

Qualifications and Skills Maintain the following licenses and certifications:

State Medical License Controlled Substance Registration Federal DEA Registration Current certification by a national organization as an Advanced Practitioner

PALS and ACLS Certification

NRCME Certification
