Northwell Health is seeking a full-time BC/BE Neuromuscular Neurologist to join the Northwell Department of Neurology division at Norwalk Hospital in Norwalk, Connecticut. Practice Info

• Ambulatory practice setting
• Norwalk Hospital in Norwalk, Connecticut
• 366-bed facility and a Level II Trauma Center with approximately 50,000 ED visits per year
• Teaching hospital affiliated with the University of Vermont College of Medicine, Yale University School of Medicine, Ross University School of Medicine and the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine

Qualifications

• M.D. Degree from an accredited institution (ACGME or equivalent)
• Completion of an accredited neurology residency and neuromuscular fellowship
• Board Certified/Board Eligible
• Capable in both general & neuromuscular neurology
• Must be licensed or eligible to be licensed as a physician in the State of Connecticut
