! We’re looking for a morning-block interventionist for the '25-'26 school year who is ready to bridge the gap between reading challenges and student success. Small hours, massive impact!
- Provide direct instructional support to two middle school students during the specialized morning block (8:15 AM - 10:15 AM), following pre-designed, intensive reading intervention plans.
- Implement specialized literacy techniques, utilizing knowledge or certification in the Orton‑Gillingham (OG) approach or methods from a Reading Specialist to assist students with dyslexia and reading goals.
- Assist the Special Education Teacher by collecting daily academic and behavioral data, managing instructional materials, and reinforcing a structured classroom environment.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Passing score on the Para Pro Assessment
- Orton‑Gillingham (OG) Certification/Training or Reading Specialist Certification
- Top Compensation:
Earn up to $23.50 - $29.70 Per Hour, based on your experience and qualifications as a Paraprofessional, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives. - Generous Benefits:
