Hartford Health Care Rehabilitation Network is seeking a Physical Therapist for our newest clinic located in Norwalk, CT. This clinic is part of a multidisciplinary team of medical, rehabilitation, and wellness professionals dedicated to improving the health of the community.
This clinic includes specialty programs in:
Pelvic Health, Lymphedema, Orthopedic Physical Therapy, Orthopedic and Neurologic Occupational Therapy, Back to Life Fitness program
This position will primarily treat Ortho/Sports Med populations. Interest in ortho/sports or becoming trained in this area is preferred.
What You’ll Do- Empower Patients:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to understand each patient’s unique needs—strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and more. - Create Impactful Plans:
Design individualized, patient-centered care strategies that promote optimal movement, safety, and long-term wellness. - Deliver Exceptional Care:
Implement and delegate treatments using advanced interventions, including therapeutic exercise, mobilization, and modalities such as heat, cold, water, and electrical stimulation. - Collaborate for Success:
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team—Rehab Therapists, Nurses, Social Workers—to ensure seamless care and smooth transitions, including discharge planning and community resource recommendations.

- Graduate of Physical Therapy Program from an accredited American Physical Therapy Association school, with a BS, master's, or doctorate degree
