Schedule:

Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (No weekends)

Salary: $18 per hour

Timeframe: ASAP until 11/21/2025 (Medical Leave Coverage)

• Schedule patient appointments in person or over the phone
• Maintain patient files adhering to HIPAA regulations
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits through insurance carriers
• Create invoices to bill insurance accurately and timely with attention to detail
• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients with friendliness, compassion, and enthusiasm
• Light cleaning, filing, and inventory management

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized
• Experience with billing insurance preferred
• Experience scheduling in a software system preferred
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Experience working in a professional office environment preferred
