Clinician

• ? Maintain flexible schedule to perform clinical assessments, provide individual/group therapy and intensive outpatient services.
• ? Secure initial insurance authorization and all required concurrent authorizations throughout care.
• ? Complete all treatment planning and discharge documentation according to policy.
• ? Input all clinical documentation in Connecticut Renaissance's EHR accurately and timely.
• Communicate with referral sources on the status of each client's progress and performance within the program, including the preparation of reports.
• Participate in all required internal and external meetings.
• Provide urinalysis/breathalizertesting when indicated and within guidelines of monitoring.
• Attend all requiredtrainings to enhance knowledge and skill level
• Adhere to licensing, accreditation and funding source requirements.
• Meet thresholds for program and agency outcomes measures.

• ? Master Degree with Licensure in Behavioral Health (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or Associate Licensure (LPCa, LMFTa, LMSW) in CT. Additional LADC a plus.
• ? Minimumof 3 years of working experience in behavioral health field.
• ? Experience in trauma informed care preferred.
• ? Experience with substance abuse clients, co-occurring diagnosed clients and criminal justice population preferred.

• Mustbe dependable and reliable; detailed oriented; and able to interface easily with clients, staff, and referral sources.
