- Knowledge of Design Patterns
- Project lead experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with 5 to 7 years of experience
- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
- Good Object Oriented Analysis and Design Skills
- Highly dedicated and should take complete ownership
- Fast learner, adaptable and flexible
- Experience working in onshore/offshore model of execution
- Experience in working in maintenance and development project
