Position SummaryThis position is multi-faceted in its scope with the primary focus on supporting end users across Wilton Re in their various computing needs, whether in office or remote. This includes mobile phones, laptops and application support. In addition, this role will support collaboration platforms both technically and from a user perspective including audio, video conferencing, LAN room technology, etc. Therefore, being on site in the Norwalk office 5 days a week is required.
It is also expected this position would support initiatives such as Intune set up and administration, SharePoint Online technical support, and administrative support, among others. This role also contributes to a variety of projects pertaining to information security tools as it pertains to end users; and day to day security operations tasks pertaining to vulnerability management and end point management.
Role Responsibilities- Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
- Able to work with third party partners to effectively perform job function.
- Support end-user computing needs in all Wilton Res offices including laptop and mobile phone support.
- Handle end user access requests related to onboarding, offboarding, and modifications to access, and update user forms as necessary to reflect current user access.
- Able to interact with and support all members of the Executive team and Board members, when on site.
- Able to work in an Agile manner and collaborate with other team members within and across platforms.
- Meet with systems owners and end-users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues.
- Collaborate with multiple departments as well as developers in IT to troubleshoot Production issues quickly and effectively in order to minimize disruption in day-to-day business processes.
- Develop, standardize and maintain new or improved processes based on findings and analysis, including updating internal knowledge-based documents. Maintain CMDB with IT assets and support internal ticketing system/workflows.
- Publish relevant company wide bulletins as needed.
- Validate daily, monthly, and quarterly backups are completed or remediated in a timely manner.
- Understand relevant IT changes and match them to their original tickets.
- Minimum 3 years of direct work experience in an IT Support role.
- Strong customer focus and ability to manage client expectations.
- Ability to communicate needs and schedules to IT and clients.
- Ability to present and explain technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others and gains understanding.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all management levels.
- Ability to operate under a dual reporting relationship (IT, customers).
- Understanding of prioritization and analysis of requests as they come in to coordinate work to be completed in a timely manner.
- Ability to take on multiple tasks at the same time and prioritize tasks quickly. Ensure follow through/task completion.
- Experience with SharePoint.
- Experience with Intune.
- Availability for evening and weekend work as needed.
- Degree in computer science or business administration desired.

- Minimal to no travel required.
- Annualized salary range: $65,000 to $75,000.
