The Media Operations & Analytics Manager helps turn media data into smarter business decisions. Working across paid media, retail media and sales data, this role will build a holistic view of performance, uncover opportunities for optimization, and help maximize the impact of our media investments.
What You’ll Do- Analyze performance across brand, paid social and retail media
, connecting media activity with sales and business outcomes. - Bring together agency, omnichannel and internal data to create a clear, full-funnel view of media performance
. - Partner with media and retail media agencies to strengthen campaign reporting, measurement and optimization.
- Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for media planning, channel mix and investment decisions.
- Support the evolution of media KPIs and measurement approaches, including MMM and test-and-learn initiatives
. - Collaborate across marketing, sales and agency partners to improve reporting consistency and identify opportunities to strengthen performance.
- 3–5 years of experience in media analytics, performance marketing, media planning or optimization
. - Strong experience analyzing paid media performance and a good understanding of retail media
. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear business recommendations
. - Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker
. - Understanding of media measurement and KPIs such as ROAS, conversion, attribution and MMM
. - Strong communication skills and experience partnering with agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
- CPG/FMCG or agency experience is a plus.
BIC’s NAM headquarters will be located in Norwalk, Connecticut. Scheduled to open in 2027, the new headquarters is designed to foster a collaborative, flexible, and modern work environment while supporting a hybrid work model.
Compensation & Benefits: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000–$110,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and other job-related factors.
This position may also be eligible for an annual bonus. BIC offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, prescription, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, pension benefits, life and disability insurance, tax-advantaged accounts, voluntary benefits, and well-being resources.
