The Marketing Operations Coordinator helps keep our marketing organization running smoothly. Working across different areas of Marketing, this role supports day-to-day operations, budgets, marketing assets and campaign execution while gaining broad exposure to how a global marketing organization works.

• Support day-to-day marketing operations, including budgets, purchase orders, invoices and billing
  .
• Coordinate marketing activities, timelines and materials across internal teams, agencies and external partners.
• Help organize and maintain marketing assets, trackers, calendars and documentation
  .
• Support royalty and licensing activities
  , including reporting, reconciliation and documentation.
• Provide hands-on support for marketing initiatives, including campaign logistics, influencer materials and other executional needs
  .
• Collaborate across Marketing and other teams to keep projects organized and moving forward.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Early-career experience or internship exposure in Marketing, business operations or a related area.
• Strong organization and attention to detail
  , with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power Point and willingness to learn new systems.
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in building a career in Marketing
  .

BIC's NAM headquarters will be located in Norwalk, Connecticut. Scheduled to open in 2027, the new headquarters is designed to foster a collaborative, flexible, and modern work environment while supporting a hybrid work model.

Compensation & Benefits: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $71,750–$75,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

This position may also be eligible for an annual bonus. BIC offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, prescription, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, pension benefits, life and disability insurance, tax-advantaged accounts, voluntary benefits, and well-being resources. Eligibility and benefit offerings may vary based on plan terms and employment status.
