Responsibilities- Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support and companionship.
- Engage residents while checking on their wellbeing and communicate changes in condition or Care Plan.
- Inspire your team and collaborate with the Health Services Director in assessing and documenting resident assessments at state or Brightview specified intervals.
- Show us your leadership by adjusting assignments to Resident Assistants, Med Techs and Nurses.
USD $37.25 - $42.75 /hr.
Compensation DisclosureThe salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.
Qualifications- You have a positive attitude and love working with people!
- A proud graduate of a state approved school of nursing.
- There's a Registered Nurse license with your name on it!
- You’ve enjoyed at least two years of caring for people in assisted living, hospice, home health, acute or long-term care environment. Healthcare, Hospitality, Nurse, Nursing, RN, Registered Nurse, SALSA
