Travel RN - Cardiac Cath Lab

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring a CT or compact RN license and prior Cath Lab and ICU experience.

• Active CT or compact RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA only)
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required
• Required experience in both Cath Lab and ICU settings
• CCU and ER experience preferred
• Two professional references from a manager or above within the current discipline/specialty, rated standard or above average

• Work in the Invasive Cardio Lab, including Cardiac Cath Lab, ICU, CCU, and ER coverage
• Day shift schedule (8.5 hours), either Monday through Friday or a mix of 8-hour and 10-hour shifts
• Covers on-call shifts on weekends and holidays for cases such as STEMI and acute neuroendovascular strokes
• On-call coverage is staffed with two RNs per shift
• Perform daily invasive cardiac procedures and support coverage across ICU, CCU, and ER as needed
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergent cardiac and stroke cases
• Local candidates within 60 miles are accepted at a reduced rate
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
