Summary
Seasonal salespeople support customers with fashion and styling advice while building lasting customer relationships. They work toward in-store and digital sales goals and help keep the department ready for customers.
Responsibilities- Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
- Build customer relationships and provide honest feedback on style and fit.
- Maintain product knowledge and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, process markdowns, and perform light cleaning.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with a self-motivated, goal-oriented approach.
- Interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals.
- Ability to work well on a team, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain organization and follow-through.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting merchandise up to 25 pounds.
