Summary

The B-Helpful Professional supports customers and associates throughout the store by managing an in-store service hub. The role helps create a quick, seamless, and enjoyable shopping experience through order pickup, simple returns, tourism information, and appointment bookings.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with friendly, genuine service.
• Assist with Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders and process easy returns.
• Provide tourism information and facilitate bookings for in-store services.
• Use store technology and participate in merchandising and operational tasks.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and registers, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent encouraged; no experience required.
