- Maintain product knowledge and keep the department stocked, organized, and customer-ready.
- Support the team and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
- Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience.
- Goal-oriented approach and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort with technology and digital selling tools.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and work varied hours.
- Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
