Summary
Provide personalized service and fashion expertise in the Men's Apparel department while helping customers build complete wardrobes. Build lasting customer relationships, meet sales goals, and contribute to a productive, customer-ready department.
Responsibilities- Deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard and provide style, fit, and product guidance.
- Build a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
- Meet personal sales goals, follow up with customers, and support Nordy Club enrollment.
- Maintain product knowledge and keep the department stocked, organized, and customer-ready.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
- Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience.
- Goal-oriented approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort with technology and digital selling tools; ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
