Installer – Alarm & Security Systems Installer
We are hiring an installer for alarm, cctv, IP camera systems, access control, audio/video wiring and equipment.
Responsibilities- Install low voltage cabling according to national electric code in both residential and commercial settings.
- Install and program new alarm and security/fire alarm systems, cctv, access control, and a/v equipment.
- Complete documentation of systems installed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance and testing of systems.
- Monitor inventory of service parts and keep van stocked properly.
- Train customers how to use their new systems.
- Keep van neat, orderly and stocked.
- Proven experience completing security/fire alarm, access, CCTV installation, maintenance, or related work.
- Proficiency in installing (bending) EMT.
- Ability to handle physical workload (lift 50 lbs), climb ladders, work in challenging physical environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience pulling cable and drilling holes.
- Experience working with wireless technology.
- Clean driving record.
- CTE C5/6 or L5 License required.
