• Go into clients' homes to install new residential heating and cooling systems.

• Experience as an HVAC Install Technician
• Relevant licenses and certifications
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Clean and neat appearance
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Hard‑working and motivated

• CT D2 license (Required)
• CT S2 license (Required)
• EPA Certification (Required)

• Competitive base salary of $35.00 - $45.00 per hour with bonus program that can bring annual earnings up to $
• Sign‑on bonus up to $3,000.00 for top candidates
