- Coordinate all patient activities including greeting patients/families
- Process patient registrations in an efficient and courteous manner
- Obtain accurate patient demographics and insurance information and all necessary consents
- Serve as the initial point of contact for patients entering the clinics
- Explain patient account charges, verify insurance, and perform data entry for patient charges
- Greet, instruct, direct, and schedule all patients and visitors
- Transfer incoming phone calls to appropriate clinic staff and physicians
- Act as liaison between patient and medical support staff and coordinate requests to the Provider’s inbox
- Complete medical records requests
- Full Time
- 40 hours/week
- Training Preferred:
Effective communication skills, medical terminology - Special Training:
Basic Life Support;
Medical Office Procedures - Less than 1 year experience required
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
