Responsibilities- Execute the talent acquisition strategy by partnering with business leaders to understand and develop appropriate avenues to attract top talent for both salaried and hourly roles across multiple facilities.
- Own a full life‑cycle recruiting process: recruiting, screening, testing and recommending placement of staff using creative sourcing methods.
- Utilize traditional and non‑traditional resources such as career fairs, online job fairs, community events, social media, digital recruiting, and competitive intelligence to identify and attract quality active and passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a sourcing pipeline and candidate pool for key positions and provide candidates with information on compensation, benefits, policies, and procedures to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with business partners and Human Resources to support staffing needs, consult on hiring decisions, and align with short‑ and long‑term strategic objectives.
- Participate in initiatives to drive business, HR, and talent acquisition objectives, including military recruiting, college recruiting, and diversity recruiting programs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients to achieve staffing goals.
- Collect, report, and analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies based on data and evolving company needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or 3+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience, preferably in supply chain or manufacturing.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., iCims a plus).
- Bilingual skills highly preferred.
- Creative and strategic sourcing mindset with strong social media recruiting aptitude.
- Strong attention to detail and intuition for cultural fit during interviews.
- Results‑oriented, self‑starter with a track record of producing results in fast‑paced environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills with candidates, customers, and business partners.
- Highly organized and able to work under tight deadlines and with limited direction.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing priorities.
