A leading food processing company is seeking a Recruiter based in Norwalk, Iowa. As a critical member of the Human Resources team, you will handle full life-cycle recruiting across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree along with at least 3 years of recruiting experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus, and bilingual skills are highly preferred. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
