Overview
Fisher-Titus Medical Center is a hospital system in northern Ohio, Norwalk. We are adding a Vascular Surgeon to our established practice.
Position Details- Permanent, full time
- Immediate need
- Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm - Hospital and clinic setting
- Primary
Location:
Fisher Titus Medical Center – Norwalk, OH - Cerner EMR (Hospital/Clinics)
- Clinic hospital consults general surgery and vascular lab block times
- Clinic coverage with access to (2) hyperbaric chambers
- Services performed:
Wound mgt, Vein stripping (lower/upper), fistula creation, venous access, vein works (lower extremities), Dialysis temp and permanent port placement, endovascular aortic repair (EVAR), Carotid Stents, PE retrieval - Competitive salary compared to market and experience
- Sign On:
Up to 25k - Relocation:
Up to $10,000 - Student Loan Repay:
Yes. Up to $25,000/Year-Max $100,000 total - CME: $5,000 plus 5 professional days for training
