Overview
Fisher-Titus Medical Center is a hospital system in northern Ohio, Norwalk. Our Peds are located at hospital owned clinics in Norwalk and Bellevue, OH. Established practice currently with 4 Physicians and 6 APPs.
Specific Practice DetailsSpecific Practice Details:
- Outpatient
- MD
- Typical Monday – Friday schedule w/ one evening in office
- Call is 1 in 5
- US citizen preferred, maybe H1-B/J1??
- Seeing around 25 patients per day, 4 APP’s for support
- Flexible scheduling, Norwalk is the primary location with possible participation in satellite locations (Wakeman, Bellevue, Willard)
- EMR – Cerner
- Compensation:
Compensation is competitive to market and level of experience. - RVU expectations based on experience, current Providers are between 5,000 – 7,300 annually
- Sign on bonus – Up to $20K
- Relocation Bonus – up to $10K
- Quality Bonus – Up to $10K, based on assigned metrics
- Productions wRVU’s - $45 per unit above agreed upon base
- Student Loan Repayment – Up to $25K per year, max at $100K
- CME Benefits - $5K plus 5 professional days for training
- Full benefits package, 401K
- PTO – 4 weeks (PTO/holidays) first 4 years, goes up from there (based upon a full time provider)
