• Join the leading Urology group in Northern Ohio
• New outpatient procedure center exclusive to the practice and Robotic cases are available should you wish to do them
• 4 MDs, 2 PAs, and your own scribe
• 4 day week option
• Around 20‑25 patients per day, 10‑20 surgeries per week
• Bread & Butter Urology

• 2‑year salary guarantee range around $650K+ (negotiable), plus RVU production bonus, $100K in Recruitment incentives available
• Proven income potential exceeding $800K+ in your first year
